Process

Bước 1: Tìm hiểu nhu cầu học viên: Xác định nhu cầu cụ thể của từng đối tượng học viên, nhóm học viên, công ty, trường học có nhu cầu. Chúng tôi cần biết những thông tin sau:

• Trình độ dự kiến
• Độ tuổi
• Số học viên/lớp
• Thời gian học theo dự kiến hoặc Thời gian có thể bố trí học.
• Địa điểm giảng dạy
• Yêu cầu khác (về giáo viên, về chương trình hoặc giáo trình…)

Bước 2: Lựa chọn giáo viên phù hợp: Dựa theo nhu cầu, chúng tôi sẽ kiểm tra lịch với các thầy cô xem thầy cô nào có thể nhận lớp với những thông tin do học viên cung cấp.

Bước 3: Dự kiến giáo viên: Chúng tôi gửi hồ sơ giáo viên đến các học viên lựa chọn.

Bước 4: Tư vấn, thống nhất phương pháp học: Sau khi chọn được giáo viên ưng ý, hai bên sẽ ký kết hợp đồng.

Bước 5: Bắt đầu tiến hành giảng dạy.

Meet the Team

Program Development Team

	Trevor Syrad (BA Hons) Trevor is from London, UK, and is a Social Science graduate of the University of Kent at Canterbury (BA Honours). He is an HR and Management Consultant by profession and has over 25 years of teaching experience. Trevor is one of the founders of the school and now serves as the school's Director. He has lived in Mongolia for three years.
	Patrick Kennedy (BA Hons) Patrick is the author of the Talk Talk English course books. He graduated from the University of Sussex (UK) with a degree in Social Anthropology with French. He then went to Prague to gain his TEFL teaching certificate from Oxford TEFL, Prague. After teaching General and Business English for a year, Patrick moved to Mongolia where he became Head of English at the Hartford Institute for the following three years. In 2008,Patrick joined the Talk Talk team as Head of the Academic Development Team. And now servers as the Education Director. Patrick speaks English and French.
	Jeremy Green (BA) Jeremy is from Silver Spring, Maryland. He has degrees in economics, political science and public policy from St. Mary’s College. He was a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Arkhangia Aimag from 2005-2007. In 2008 he helped establish a Talk Talk English center in Hanoi, Vietnam, where he worked as Education Director and amember of the academic development team. He returned to Mongolia in October 2009.

BenjaminAlexander Fraser (BA) Benjamin is a Britishnational and graduated with BA in English Literature. From 2007, he taught English as a Second Language (ESL) in Hanoi where he was the only foreign teacher, and he taught students from the ages of 5 to 55. He was Head of Education and Consultancy (TOEIC,IELTS) for one year ata private Vietnamese-owned school. And now he is teacher at Talk Talk English. He canspeak Dutch, German and French.
